This is what a 10km swim will do to you.

I have always wanted to try this set and today I got the chance with Neil, Patrick and the NTC gang.

100 X 100m (long course)
10 as 2 (3 as 50 free/ 50 back @ 1:40
2 as kick @ 2:00)
2 (10 X 100 as 8 free @ 1:25/ 2 kick @ 2:10
10 x 100 as 2 IM @ 1:45/ 2 drill/swim @ 1:45
10 X 100 as 8 free @ 1:25/ 2 kick @ 2:10
10 X 100 as 8 X 25 fly/25 free @ 1:45/ 2 kick @ 2:10) fly/free with fins
10 as 1 50 back/ 50 breast @ 2:00/ 1 free @ 1:30
