After a week of feeling really sluggish the legs are starting to come around. I have made a slight change to the training schedule so that I can get a race in on the new machine before Ironman. I will be toeing the line next Sunday at the 15th running of the New Balance Half here in Victoria. This is a great local race with a lot of history and a lot of great champions over the years (not to mention it has a pretty good title sponsor). It will be fun to race at home and on the roads and trails we ride and run on every day.
