Not a lot to report these days. Training is rolling along with Gulf Coast being the next race on the radar. I may jump in the TC 10km to see if I can get the Ironman legs ticking over for 10km but Randy and I will make that call closer to the day. The last time I signed up for a 10km I proceeded to get injured in the week leading up to it. Yes, I am a bit superstitious about such things. Other than that, all is good. Rach is in Port Alberni for the weekend so I am getting a taste of what she went through for 3 weeks while I was away. 3 Dogs = 12 paws that have to be wiped off every time they come in the door. Chaos!
