Another Day, More Wind!
The team did the SpamMan Triathlon this morning at A-BAY. Mike Palmer and Rob Dibden came out the winners of the Spam in this handicapped two person Triathlon event.
I did a very tough ride in the afternoon. Going into Kona I went through 40km in 55 minutes. Coming back was a different story. Holding 20km/hr was tough into the winds that are blowing here. Tonight we had a team get together at Happy Hour and everyone enjoyed some food and drinks (and Spam).
