8 Days!

8 days to go! The work is done! The key now is to get my body rested and get my head in the game. I have had a very good lead up so I am excited to get to Couer D'Alene and toe the line.

I will be leaving Wednesday on the first ferry off the Island. These solo drives or flights are a great way for me to get myself mentally prepared for race day. I have a home stay about 6 miles from town so I will settle in there and spend as little time as possible down amongst the crowds at the athlete village.

Well, that is all the news for now. I am off for one of the last rides here in town before the bike goes in to the shop for a last minute tune up.

Here are a couple of pictures from a night coaching at the lake last week and one of Rach on the Stage at the Oliver Triathlon
